The challenge involved traveling 555 kilometers on a single full charge, showcasing Yutong’s commitment to promoting green mobility and advancing the transformation of public transport.
A Yutong C12E fully electric bus, which has been in operation for two and a half years, successfully traveled 285 kilometers from suburban Melbourne to Kiama and back with a 50 percent battery level and impressive power consumption efficiency. The journey encompassed various road conditions, including city roads, highways, and mountain roads.
